RISE & DINE -- SUNDAY MASS, FULL IRISH BREAKFAST
Sunday, June 14 | Mass begins 10:00 AM (Mayfair Theatre)
Breakfast follows in the Fifth Province Pub
Join us for a warm Sunday tradition--Mass at 10 AM, then a Full Irish Breakfast! (Attending Mass is welcome but not required; breakfast service begins once Mass concludes and pub doors open.)
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
1) MASS GREETERS & USHERS (9:00-11:00 AM)
Welcome guests at Mayfair Theatre doors, assist with seating and accessibility, direct individuals post-mass to the Fifth Province Pub
2) CHECK-IN / TICKETING (10:30 AM-12:00 PM)
Scan/verify tickets for breakfast, handle walk-ups, distribute wristbands.
3) TABLE USHERS (10:30 AM-11:30 PM)
Escort parties to assigned tables; assist guests needing accessible seating.
4) COFFEE/TEA POURERS (11:00 AM-2:00 PM)
Circulate with pots to refill cups; restock sugar/cream; keep beverage stations neat.
5) RAFFLE SELLERS (11:00 AM-1:30 PM)
Float around the event and sell raffle tickets.
6) CLEAN-UP CREW (1:30-3:00 PM)
Break down tables, store decor/linens, sweep and tidy the Pub and hallway.
7) LEAD VOLUNTEERS (TWO SHIFTS: 8:30-11:30 AM & 11:00 AM-2:00 PM)
Room 109 (volunteer HQ), handle check-in and name tags, brief teams, troubleshoot, and liaise with staff.
Notes:
-Volunteers may combine roles if times don't overlap.
-Snacks/water available in Room 109.
Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your shift for briefing.
